Official Authority: In addition to handling interactions with official bodies such as the Municipality, Land Registry, and Tax Office; all subscription and follow-up processes regarding utility providers like Aydem (electricity) and Muski (water) are managed by the representative.
Technical Projects: The planning and oversight of specialized technical processes, including architectural projects, construction works, mechanical services, and survey engineering, are conducted with meticulous care.
Operations & Services: Covering all daily property requirements—such as real estate and rental consultancy, garden and pool maintenance, transportation arrangements, insurance services, and the management of cleaning staff and chefs—all services are coordinated through a single, streamlined framework.
